One of the easiest ways to improve how you feel quickly is simply increasing your water intake consistently. Add lemon, electrolytes, fruit, or use a cute water bottle if that helps you drink more throughout the day. It sounds simple because it IS simple and it matters more than people think.
2. Staying Consistent With Your Appointments
This is a big one.
