Allow Me to Reintroduce Myself: The Woman Behind Glam Studios Body Sculpting
Sometimes, we get so busy building something that we forget to step back and introduce ourselves to the people who are part of the journey. So, I thought it was time to change that.

Hey, I’m Yasseline — entrepreneur, big sister, Latina, vegan, podcaster, content creator, and a woman in her 40s building a life and business that feel true to who she is. I wear a lot of hats, and if I’m being honest, some days I wear them all at once. Between running a business, showing up for family, working toward personal goals, and trying to make time for myself, life can get pretty busy. Some days I feel like I have it all figured out. Other days, I’m just figuring it out as I go. And I’m learning that both are perfectly okay.
More Than a Body Sculpting Studio
Glam Studios Body Sculpting is a business my sister Ashley and I have built with hard work, determination, and a whole lot of learning along the way. But Glam has never been just about treatments or appointments. At the heart of what we do is the opportunity to help women make time for themselves, feel supported in their goals, and enjoy a space where they can focus on their own needs for a change. As women, we spend so much time taking care of everyone and everything around us. We show up for our families, our jobs, our businesses, our friends, and our responsibilities. Sometimes, we put ourselves at the bottom of the list without even realizing it.
I want Glam Studios to be a reminder that you deserve a spot on that list, too. Whether you're working toward a personal body-sculpting goal, looking for time to focus on yourself, or simply ready to do something that makes you feel good, you deserve to feel welcomed and supported throughout your journey. No unrealistic expectations. No pressure to be perfect. Just a space where you can focus on you.
The Woman Behind the Business Is Still Growing, Too
Here's something you might not know about me: while I spend a lot of time encouraging women to prioritize themselves, I'm also learning to practice what I preach. I'm in my 40s, navigating new seasons of life, working on my own wellness goals, exploring creative opportunities, and figuring out what I want the next chapter to look like.
Outside of Glam, I'm also a podcaster and content creator. I love sharing pieces of my life, talking about the things that matter to me, and finding ways to connect with other women who are navigating their own journeys. I'm a big believer that we don't have to have everything figured out to keep moving forward. We can have big dreams and still have messy days. We can be ambitious and still need rest. We can take care of others and learn to take better care of ourselves, too. Growth doesn't have to look the same for everybody. And it certainly doesn't have to happen all at once. I'm still growing, still dreaming, still learning, and still building something I'm proud of.
A Little Reminder for the Glam Gang
If you've been part of the Glam Studios community for a while, thank you. Thank you for trusting us, supporting our small business, showing up for your appointments, and allowing us to be a part of your self-care journey. Every client who walks through our doors contributes to the community we're building, and we don't take that for granted.
And if it's been a while since your last visit, consider this a friendly reminder that you haven't been forgotten. Life gets busy. Priorities shift. Sometimes we need a little time before we're ready to focus on ourselves again. Whenever you're ready to make time for yourself, we'd love to welcome you back. Most importantly, I hope you remember that taking care of yourself isn't something you have to earn after you've done everything for everyone else. You deserve that time, too.
So, Now That We've Reintroduced Ourselves…
I'd love to hear from you!
What's new in your world? What are you working toward? What are you excited about in this season of your life? Or are you simply trying to make it through the week and find a little peace and quiet? Trust me, I understand.
Glam Studios is a business, but it's also a community built around real women with real lives, goals, challenges, and dreams. And I want to keep getting to know the women who make that community what it is. So, here's to continuing to grow, giving ourselves a little more grace, and making room for ourselves along the way. And now that you know a little more about the woman behind Glam Studios, I hope you'll continue to be part of our journey.
