Here’s how to get the best results possible during your challenge, both in and out of the studio!
1. Commit to Consistency
Showing up is half the battle—but showing up consistently is the real key.
Aim to complete all your scheduled workouts and attend your body sculpting sessions each week.
Treat your workouts and appointments like self-care dates—you deserve that time!

2. Fuel Your Body with Purpose
Your body is working hard—fuel it with clean, nutrient-dense foods to support recovery, energy, and fat loss.
Stick to the Sweat & Sculpt meal plan (or the 7-Day or Detox Reset Plan).
Stay away from processed snacks, sugary drinks, and excess salt.
Focus on lean proteins, healthy fats, complex carbs, and lots of veggies.

3. Hydrate Like It’s Your Job

Aim for half your body weight in ounces daily—or more if you’re extra active.
